Fargas,do u remember dat conversation with Danya? U doubted that i've never banned a hackers. Well,it confused me. Watch my video then,if u STILL don't trust me. Sure,i do not need a promotion,but,why inactive admins get promoted when they are inactive as hell? If they get promotion for nothin',then what do I get while I’m always sitting online all time on the server? U know,sure u know it,i get nothin'. They don’t even enter to the server,but they still get promotion! This is very funny,u know.
PROMOTE THESE GUYS PLEASE,THEY NEED GET PROMOTED FOR MASSIVE INACTIVE!
Don't promote Neom and me,we don't deserve it.But....Neom and I banned more hackers and rulebreakers than they combined.

I understand your concern, Evil. You know this management team is inactive as , except for always lying Fargas. Fargas, you do always ing shouting the whole server that updates are coming since January of this year. So, where are these? I know your answer: "Ask Lol". Who did ing let you announcing there will be updates? Are you an owner? Where are these head managers, administrators? Many of them said they would not play till server got updated. Wait for updates to the infinite.
If you are going to administrate the server, quit please. Let others be headers of the project. This post is for you Matheo, Joex and others inactive admins. Quit out as soon as possible.

Reinstatementa won't be even considered till server gets updated'. My app has been waiting for accepting two months. I highly doubt you do not need experienced admins. You were saying Russian Power is the most corrupted. Please take a look at yourself.

I understand what u mean, but I think u are exaggerating a little bit, I had to work very hard by almost 2 years to get promoted to where I am now.
We all know the situation of the server, I only joined 2 times in some months because there weren't people to play with, and it was only by 10 minutes because the server ran out of users, so there's nothing to "work" in, so I don't wait to be promoted.
About Makiacapo, I can't say when he was added and promoted because the Sampdm forum was deleted, so it was long time ago, he doesn't work as other adms, that's why he still being a moderator, about farruko, he was promoted to moderator in 12/02/2019 (after you) because he worked to get it, and he won't promoted for "nothing", he till being a moderator, about samp, he didn't joined in many time, why do u think he still being a Trial Moderator?.
I don't know what do u want, administrator is a respectable rank, and with that attitude, u wont get promoted, u aren't acting as a true adm, u only criticize about other's work, there is not only ban hackers, it is to be an example for others. Blaming people won't take u to the top
Maybe in ur time zone there are some users online, but, have u thought that is not only u? I'm in holidays, and here is 0/40 users, and I can't do nothing but wait for Lol's words and wait for the "update". At least Fargas is trying not to let people go.

Saying straight the truth. I see that you are doing great work as manager. I have not even mentioned anything of your work. But we are talking of that thing that Evil is the most active admin. Visiting the server every day and staying at this the whole day to make players game safe and enjoyable. That is what he meant. Look up what I have written. Old and tested system of promotion at sampdm. You are super active in game, ban lots of rules' breakers/hackers, helpi admins, (good attitude, but it does not mean if you were killed by a player and wrote ", YOU KILLED ME. SHIT..OK, nice done ;V"). That is the most fundamental aspects how to get promoted at sampdm. What is system of promotion of this server? if you do not play at all or play approximately 20 minutes (like matheo) and leave, you are Spanish or you are a friend of manager, you will of course get promoted  You think players are dumbasses? We mentally retarded and what we are able to do, is playing. We are not blind. You fired me two times for so called 'criticizing the management team' but what we got. I was reinstated by the honourable owner - Lol_Noob. If he was really active and knew the whole server situation of the server, I think you would not have reached these ranks (except for really working managers,admins like Stalyn, Evil, Neom). |

I will close this thread since it only brings hate words. Zoran is a manager and is from Croatia so dont start with the old&fake telling that old server managers were spreading. Were they good? I wont waste my time speaking about a dissapeared server that was lead by chaos&cortuption in Rainbow missing. However there were good managers in old times(Frans and Eduardof) that sadly couldnt do what was neccesary. These people can even join in our Staff after our server gets updated. And as I told, There wont be promotions meanwhile the server isnt updated. Obviously activity of admins like Evil will be taken into consideration into next promotions. P.S: Danya, last warning, stop provoking people and telling lies. If you cant prove I said "Russian power is the most corrupt" then you cannot say it. And of you say is synonim of being a lier... Whatever, take a breath and try leave behind all hate and so maybe I can give you a positive comment in your mod app(When mod apps get opened).
