How was this rule broken?: This " guy " 10 years, a little angry boy who recently connected the Internet, and he learned to play GTA. He constantly insults everyone for no reason,no matter who you are and what nationality you are. It offends ABSOLUTELY everyone on the server! ALL! And the Russians,you know what he called? "Russians pieces of crap", you can read this in my topic "$EE U $OON!" Is that normal?
I am sitting completely ignore him,but he doesn't STOP TO INSULT EVERYONE ON THE SERVER! TAKE ACTION,PLEASE!
