Why are you reporting me for this reason. We can't ban people if they are not in the game at the same time as we are. This, in my opinion, is not a reason for report. Can some higher manager give his opinion?

Mac, do you have some proof about some hack of this user?
Nini: you cant report to MAC for it, in this case you should use the section of ban appeals
