Here's the format to report a staff member if you caught him abusing admin commands ( etc. slapping, exploding, warning ), breaking server's rules, insulting/disrespecting players, unprofessional behaviour/action and so on.
It's a MUST to have a valid proof / evidence while making this complaint, otherwise, it would be useless.
Do not make your report if the staff is only making a genuine ( simple ) mistake such as " crashing you with his vehicle accidentally " or " slapping the wrong id by mistake ". You just simply accept his apologise and it will do, no need worsen the case.
No matter what circumstances, you must :
1. Respect the staff members' decision
2.Wait patiently for a response, if you receive nothing after 7 days, you may BUMP the topic with a kind reminder to check it, Managers have many duties and responsibilities as regards to the Community.
3. Respect the final decision, the decision will always be explained to you, and following an investigation, it might become clear why a staff member did what they did, which may have seemed like abuse or malicious behavior to you.
4.You, as person who report, has to accept which is said by the decision of Manager Team. You cannot make more reports about the same with same reason
5.Nobody who is not part of the staff of the second server will be able to comment on the post unless they have useful information which should be delivered to the owner of the post or to an administrator
6.Evidence that is not within the game or forum will not be valid
