How was this rule broken?: LIGHT abused the command /votekick and the rest were camping and damaging at the spawn

He did not hurt anyone with it, so a symbolic ban of 1 hour will given to him. About SWAT_Elite, Andrey_Skillz and Danik_Kolosov they will be banned for Spawn Camping. Pending to ban them.
