Rule broken: ABUSE VOTEKICK
How was this rule broken?: I was playing with the scout class and I killed rico. several times he got angry and abused votekick with his friend [GL]RedStorm for spawn killing being q I was not killing him in the spawn. (The players Kuervo, DonCelsius and moraiis_. are proof).
