How was this rule broken?: i did not know,he just a regular rulebreaker,who likes to /votekick without real reason

Look at my fraps,im just came to kill him,and he started to votekick me with reason "hack" but,he have proofs about my hacks? i don't think so....

He doesn't come In-game usually, I could offban him by 72hrs, but what if he didn't login in 120hrs? That will be like if we didn't do nothing.

He keeps pending to be banned.
