It is aimbot for me, sec 30 his MP5 shoots are too exacts to being stand, moving and shooting, and, as Pokeman said, at sec 27, his aim seek a human, that's weird, and then at sec 30, no one is hitting Pokeman, but he start to shoot and kill him too fast to be "clear".
At the second 2:05 Pokeman jumped up him, but he hit him anyway.
Also, we can see that Pokeman is lagged by fraps recorder, so, he must be harder to kill
I'm gonna wait for Fargas, Matheo or Joex reply to can ban him

Well, no. No matter how many FPS you have. FPS isn’t ping which affects on lags. Ping lags see all players, FPS lags see only you. At 0.23 alt jump looks like teleport because of slide show. 0.27 same situation, looks like he damaged 50hp by 1-2 bullets for less than 1 second but in reality it was 1-1.5 seconds. 2.05 nothing suspicious. If you have good skill then you will not be difficult to aim on skin which coming exactly on you. Or just lucky flick shot. 2.22, first shot in target, second shot miss when Pokeman was on the ground and third again in target. Video runs 4 minutes and only 3 suspicious(default) moments. Ban player for this is nonsense. We need more proofs or this complaint should be rejected!
