Hi,new player,used to play on servers like this and i love playing here,only thing i noticed that when u make it to the evac,you do not get any XP or anything?
I belive you should add like giving xp to players that makes it to evac,otherwise i can just run around map when evac comes and don't have to make it there at all cause i wouldn't get anything from it.
I think you should give some benefits to the evac,that's about it...

When u coming to evac u getting 15 xp already , maybe you didn't see it.

Thats waaaaay lower then it was..
Atleast then make it 50 or 100,otherwise there's no point + you level up very slow in this type of server and as i saw classes are way too high with xp.
You cant reach police man for 500 xp in 10 rounds for christ sakes.

When you will reach police man , u will reach all other classes so fast , trust me  First steps in game is so hard , true. |

But 50 or 75 is alright. Thats decent,not 15... 15 times 30 is 450 xp so basicly you have to go aprox. 35 times in evac for first class.. aint that bit much?

This isn't only about waiting for evacuation, it is also about doing something and killing zombies and you get 10 xp per kill.

+15 in evacuation is all right, if u don't evac u lose 30exp
