For /changename I suggest to also add the users old name in stats for obvious reasons.

And the /pay, no, everyone has started with 0xp, and everyone should earn is own exp

Changename: Positive, Lol Noob is very inactive, and this is a good idea.
Pay: Negative, the worst command, not is very difficult get exp.
