Kicking for "aimbot" is not a valid reason. Could be you ping? Or the player has aimbot, you never know. Better to record and report on forums rather than kick him and get banned for votekick abuse.

Also you can't kick a player because the users aske you to do so you can't trust them.

Pending ban for user [ENG]Nini for temporary ban of 120 hours.

Reason: Votekick Abuse at High XP.
