Tell us abit about your suggestion: Such a suggestion I have decided to decide when it comes to the Wednesday day to be Payday 500XP is thus more developed server.

Negative, why someone have to get 500xp only for joining the server in a specific day?
All the people have to get his own exp
Everyone started with 0xp, why now the users have 2000exp monthly
