Because I can't see anything in that video and something I see is that saba didn't do anything wrong. Try to download OBS studio or Bandicam to record something. If that isn't possible then just try to record better with phone.
I believe you are allowed to not kill specific player from other team but you are not allowed to help him in any way, saba didn't help green in any way but green was blocking a little bit so it is only his fault.
I hope I explained well. But I would like that other managers make a decision.
